The PoF one has high-res textures and a model with a high poly count, compared to the new one, which is insanely low res and pixelated. On top of that, the models seems to be poor quality, with Sims 4-style ' clayified ' hair rather than the natural feathering that is normally present on GW2's hairstyles.
