I read the entire user manual (seriously). I didn't see anything regarding disabling the battery saver that requires the ignition be turned off when in accessory mode for longer than 30 minutes. Several times a month I do spend a few hours in my truck just sitting and listening to the radio. This battery saver gets really old, real quick. Normally with a healthy battery the radio will stay on for 15 minutes after the car is shut off if you don't exit right away. The vehicle has various power draw monitors and will start shutting certain modules off earlier after the car is off if the battery has degraded. This message is a good telltale of this.
If you want to get rid of that message, charge up your battery overnight with a proper charger and negative lead to a body/engine ground, not on battery negative post. If there is a battery problem there will be a "Check Charging System" and battery symbol displayed on the cluster. This message is telling you it is shutting the vehicle down
